Claims for goods lost or damaged must be lodged in writing within 7 days of the receipt of goods. If your claim is past 7 days, the credit will not be processed. Goods will not be credited unless prior approval from management.
New Zealand, Canada, England, Ireland, Singapore, Papua New Guinea, Germany, Dubai, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea – However, all requests shall be reviewed.

We accept payment via direct deposit, cheque or credit card. Credit card transactions will incur a 1.5% surcharge.
